- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in design elements.

- Be an OT7 ARMY.
- Have an academic or professional position as a designer or visual artist.
- Experience working in a team environment.

- Knowledge of basic branding principles and the ability to align designs with the project's overall theme.
- As this is 100% volunteer work a minimum of 4 hours (maybe more) per week is required and a genuine interest in the success of this project.

- Contribute with ideas and artworks for the Album and related visual content.
- Work hand in hand with the design and animation team in tasks that require our involvement.
- Contribute with ideas, concepts and designs for the Album merch.
- Support the social media posts with theme-related illustrations.Requirements:

Video Team
Animator
Job Description
The 2D-3D animators will be part of the Video editing team. The 2D-3D animators will be responsible for modelling/drawing from sketches and then animate the given project with the help of the team leaders who will guide, give feedback and contribute toward the project and tasks that need to be fulfilled by the end of the deadline.Requirements:
Experience: The final recruitment depends on the individuals' skills. We are looking for candidates who have experience in 2D or/and 3D animation creation, such as rigging, modelling and animating them to come alive on screen from start to end.
Age: 16 or above (We would ask to get permission of a guardian or a career for you to take part in the project if you are not of legal age.)
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours every day, amounting to 14 hours every week.

Job Description
The Video Editing team will be responsible for producing and editing to photo and video contents with the help of the team leaders who will guide, give feedback and contribute toward the project and tasks that is needed to be fulfilled to the end of the deadline.Requirements:
Experience: The final recruitment depends on the individual skill’s. We are looking for candidates who have experience in editing raw footage and audio mixing, along with working long-term project and editing such as documentary.
Age: 16 or above (We would ask to get permission of a guardian or a career for you to take part in the project if you are not of legal age.)
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours every day, amounting to 14 hours every week.

Writing Team
Job Description
The writing team leader will be responsible for overseeing content related to writing such as poetry, letters, and stories written by other contributors and/or ARMYs outside the APAP team. As the leader, you will be proofreading any writing pieces that are submitted to ensure there are no mistakes and it reads well.Requirements:
Age: 18 or above
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours everyday, amounting to 14 hours every week.
Language: Must be extremely fluent in English. Candidates will be required to pass a test on the language after being shortlisted.

The music team contributors are responsible for creating original music for the APAP project. Working alongside your team leaders, you will be tasked with singing and/or rapping.Requirements:
